Ingredients

  • Ground beef: 1 lb
  • Dry bread crumbs: ½ c
  • Milk: 4 tbsp
  • Salt: ½ tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce: ½ tsp
  • Pepper: ¼ tsp
  • Egg: 1

Cookware

  • Oven
  • Food processor
  • Pan

Method

1.

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Liquify a small onion using a food processor

  • onion: ¼ cup

Mix together ground beef, dry bread crumbs, milk, salt, worcestershire sauce, pepper, liqufied onion, and one egg.

Shape mixture into twenty 1.5 inch meatballs.

Place in rectangular 13x9x2 inch pan
