Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is the recipe found on packaging of Nestle Toll House chocolate chips.
Ingredients
- Flour: 2 ¼ c
- Baking soda: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Butter: 2 sticks
- Granulated sugar: ¾ c
- Brown sugar: ¾ c
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- Eggs: 2
- Chocolate chips: 2 c
- Chopped nuts: 1 c

Method
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl

Beat softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until creamy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture from the small bowl. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped nuts. If omitting nuts, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour.
